There was a twinkle in his eyes
Eyes so wide it anticipated excitement
The excitement could not be contained
A fire deep inside of him was to erupt
But it was bottled up with fear
Buried so deep…the ground could not compete
If only he could share the depth of his heart
Just a fraction would do
